Ausgestellt auf D. H. Rice und mit seiner Originalsignatur als Sekretär. Rice, ein alter Freund des “Goldbarons” Winfield Scott Stratton und sein Hausarzt, fungierte später als Präsident der Stratton Estate. Als Präsident signierte W. R. Coe die Aktie.

Die Gesellschaft wurde kurz nach ihrer Gründung von W. S. Stratton aufgekauft und mit seinen Vertrauenspersonen besetzt.

Das Claim Joe Dandy befand sich auf Raven Hill im Cripple Creek Distrikt.

Die Gesellschaft war nicht börsennotiert, ihr Kapital in Höhe von 100.000 $ , eingeteilt in 100.000 Shares à 1 $, wurde in nur fünf Sammelurkunden verbrieft.

This company was purchased by W.S. Stratton and his personal physician Dr. D.H. Rice, becam the secretary of the company. Closed corporation, no shares were sold on the open stock markt. There was only 5 certificates issued, this one for 49,998 shares, for practically half of the mining property. Issued to D.H. Rice, hand signed by the owners W.R. Coe as president and D.H. Rice as secretary. Uncancelled. Extremely rare.
